Olfactory Family: Green Leather Chypre
Character: Defiant & Dangerous

Created in 1944, Bandit did not whisper. It disrupted. A shock of green leather and dark glamour

Robert Piguet created a daring couture collection, which was based on a “Bad Boy” concept.  Just at the end of the second World War, Piguet’s shows featured models sporting villain masks and brandishing toy revolvers and swords. The scent accompanying this air of avant-garde mischief was Bandit, a composition created by perfume icon, Germaine Cellier, renowned for her bold and distinctive creations.

Bandit opens with a flash of galbanum — sharply green, unapologetically crisp. Almost confrontational.

It deepens into smoky leather, polished yet untamed. Vetiver and oakmoss bring an earthy elegance, grounding the composition in sophistication rather than sweetness.

The result is structured, architectural, and unforgettable. Bandit is not soft. It is magnetic restraint with an undercurrent of rebellion.
