Entries will open at 11:00 a.m. EST on March 21st, 2023 and ends at 12:00 p.m. EST on March 27th, 2023 (the “Entry Period”), after which time the Giveaway will be closed and no further entries will be accepted.

Five (5) winners. Winners will be chosen by March 31st, 2023 and notified by 5:00 p.m. EST same day.

AGREEMENT TO RULES
|
By entering Giveaway, participants agree to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions. This includes the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Participants agree to accept the Sponsor’s decision as final and binding.

RIGHTS GRANTED BY THE ENTRANT
|
Upon Giveaway entry the participant grants the Sponsor the right to reproduce the statement in the submission regarding what “Fracas means to you” in part or whole for publicity, advertising, and/or promotional purposes, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.
Participant’s entry must be original and not violate anyone’s proprietary or intellectual property rights.

DISPUTES
|
Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, that disputes not resolved between the participant and the Sponsor shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in the Sponsor’s state, without resorting to any form of class action. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
|
The Giveaway is only open and available to all legal U.S. residents currently residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, residents of the United Kingdom residing in the UK, and residents of the European Union residing in the EU, who are eighteen (18) years or older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

SELECTION OF WINNER(S)
|
Robert Piguet Parfums will select the winner(s) of the Prize(s) in a random drawing from among all entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winners will be notified via direct message through the social media account from which the winning applicants were selected.
Once notified of winning, all winners must respond to Robert Piguet Parfums within 48 hours in order to redeem the prizes. Any failure by any winner(s) to respond to Robert Piguet Parfums via the same social media account through which the winner(s) was notified of winning the Giveaway within the allotted time frame will result in the relinquishment of any and all prizes to said non-responding winner(s).
